Description
Blackmagic Video Assist works as both an on-set monitor and a recorder. The bright 7-inch touchscreen stays readable in sunlight, and HDR mode shows the full dynamic range of the shot. It connects to any camera over 12G-SDI or HDMI and records straight to an SD card in Apple ProRes or Avid DNx — higher quality than the camera’s internal recording. Focus assist, false colour, zebra, LUTs and audio meters are all built into the screen.
