Description
Hollywood Black Magic is one of Schneider’s best-known diffusion filters. It combines two effects: a gentle lift of contrast and a delicate warm halo around highlights. The result recalls a classic Hollywood portrait — skin reads smooth and natural, small blemishes soften away, yet the image never goes mushy. The set’s grades (1/8 through 2) let the DP dial the strength to the scene: lighter for interviews, stronger for music videos and commercials. The 4×5.65" format fits standard matteboxes.
